• We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose consumer personal information to external organizations for any purpose, except as required to provide the service or by law. Your consent cannot override this restriction — we never share your data for promotional or marketing purposes, even if asked.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We use access controls, staff training, and internal data-handling procedures to prevent unauthorized sharing of user data. Only team members who need your information to perform your service can access it.

The Park 'n Fix messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, and any promotion of our products or services.

You will receive only the following message types: appointment scheduling and confirmations, arrival or delay notices, quote and approval requests, work completion and receipt notices, answers to questions you ask us, sign-in verification codes, and promotional offers or discounts you have opted in to. No other message types are sent.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
