Service updates are limited to appointment scheduling and confirmations, arrival or delay notices, quote and approval requests, and work completion or receipt notices. Verification codes are sent only to sign you in. No other message types are sent under this consent, and it is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or by updating your communication preferences in your account. Replying HELP gives you assistance with the messaging program.

• We do not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose consumer personal information to external organizations for any purpose, except as required to provide the service or by law. Your consent cannot override this restriction — we never share your data for promotional or marketing purposes, even if asked.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We use trusted service providers to operate our business — for example, hosting our website and database, delivering text messages and emails, and verifying your phone number at sign-in. These providers only process your information as needed to provide their service to us.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and maintain service records. We use access controls, staff training, and internal data-handling procedures to prevent unauthorized sharing of user data, along with industry-standard safeguards to protect your information — but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use first-party browser identifiers to remember when you have been asked for feedback and measure visits, service selections, and website button clicks. These identifiers are not exact counts of individual people and may reset if you clear browser storage or use another device. We do not record your work order details, form entries, or account contact information in click analytics.

Private feedback and any follow-up name or email you voluntarily provide are shared with our own team at info@parknfixonline.com. Google reviews are public and follow Google's privacy terms. You may choose either option regardless of your experience. Automated activity is filtered where possible, but no spam protection is perfect.

You can view and update your contact information, saved addresses, and communication preferences in your account dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and personal information by contacting us — note that we may need to keep certain records (such as invoices) for legal or accounting purposes.

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
